Romano Cheese Potato

Sarah shows us how a quick and easy Romano cheese potatoes recipe.
Ingredients
  Red potatoes 2 Pound
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Romano cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Whole milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Boil potatoes and refrigerate overnight.
2. In a mixing bowl, add diced potatoes, garlic, Romano cheese, milk, cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, salt and pepper.
3. In a baking dish, put the mixture and sprinkle Romano cheese over it.
4. Pop it into the oven for 35 minutes at 350*F.

SERVING
5. Serve it hot.
