Ingredients
  Baking potato 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut lengthwise into thin strips
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°.
Combine all ingredients in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
Seal; shake to coat potatoes.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden.
