Lemon Dill Fingerling Potatoes
|Fingerling potatoes||1 Pound, scrubbed and cut lengthwise into half|
|Fresh dill||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
2 Combine the potatoes, dill, lemon juice, and oil in a bowl; spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast 20 minutes; turn the potatoes. Roast the potatoes until tender and golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
