Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 16 Ounce
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Peel sweet potatoes; cut each potato lengthwise into 12 wedges.
Combine sweet potato wedges and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat.
Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet; bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until very tender.
