|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Red chillies||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Grate potatoes.
2. Add lemon juice and spices and mix well.
3. Press into a strainer to form baskets and fry in hot oil to a golden colour.
4. Loosen edges with a fork to remove from strainer. Can be used to hold desired filling such as sauted mushrooms, peas, seasoned hard-boiled eggs or chicken salad.
