Garlic Mashed Potatoes
|Baking potatoes||2 Pound, peeled and cubed (About 4 Medium)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), peeled and halved (Large Cloves)|
|Fat free sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie margarine stick||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground white pepper||1 Dash|
Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; add water to cover.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan; beat at medium speed of a mixer 1 minute or until smooth.
Add sour cream and remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
