Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and cubed (About 4 Medium)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), peeled and halved (Large Cloves)
  Fat free sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie margarine stick 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; add water to cover.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan; beat at medium speed of a mixer 1 minute or until smooth.
Add sour cream and remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
