|Fresh ground turkey||1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon (1 Clove)|
|Canned red kidney beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking potatoes||4 Medium|
In a medium skillet, cook ground turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is browned; add remaining ingredients except potatoes.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Cool and freeze in a 1-quart bag.
