Feta Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and cubed
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Non-fat sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
Drain potatoes well, and return to pan; beat at high speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add skim milk, feta cheese, sour cream, salt, oregano, and pepper; beat well.
