|Bacon||20 Gram, cooked and torn into bits|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Scalion||1 , chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Cooking oil||2 Teaspoon|
1. In a skillet, heat oil, add onions, saute until it turns translucent.
2. Slit open the baked potato stuff with bacon and onion, top with sour cream and cheese.
3. Garnish with scallion and serve as a side side with your choice of main course.
