Baked potatoes - what else do you need to know?
  Potato 1 Large, baked
  Bacon 20 Gram, cooked and torn into bits
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Scalion 1 , chopped
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cooking oil 2 Teaspoon

1. In a skillet, heat oil, add onions, saute until it turns translucent.
2. Slit open the baked potato stuff with bacon and onion, top with sour cream and cheese.

3. Garnish with scallion and serve as a side side with your choice of main course.
