Cheese Stuffed Potatoes
|Potatoes||6 Large (Even Sized)|
|Milk powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Cheese||3 Tablespoon, grated|
|Powdered mace||To Taste|
1. Scrub the potatoes, pierce and bake in a moderate oven until they are tender.
2. Cut into half crossways.
3. Scoop out about half the inside from each piece.
4. Mash along with cheese and seasoning and chopped coriander and green chillies.
5. Mix well and return to the shell potatoes.
6. Cover with foil and further bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
