|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slices, cutting only 3/4 through.
Place cut side up in greased oblong baking dish, 11 x7 x 1 1/2 inches.
Brush with margarine; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in 375° oven, brushing with margarine once or twice, 45 minutes .
Mix cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle on potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
