Quartered new potatoes
2 Cup (32 tbs), quartered
Chopped fresh rosemary
Coat a baking sheet with no-stick spray.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and coat lightly with no-stick spray.
Sprinkle the rosemary and salt over the potatoes.
Roast the potatoes at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes, shaking the baking sheet twice during the roasting time to keep the potatoes from sticking.
