Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

In the midst of whipping a full course meal for dinner party you can add roasted rosemary potatoes, a delicioulsy tasty snack to your menu. A scumptuous dish accompanied by a good wine is the best bet for a house party!
Ingredients
  Quartered new potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), quartered
  Chopped fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon
  Coarse salt To Taste
Directions

Coat a baking sheet with no-stick spray.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and coat lightly with no-stick spray.
Sprinkle the rosemary and salt over the potatoes.
Roast the potatoes at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes, shaking the baking sheet twice during the roasting time to keep the potatoes from sticking.
