Honeyed Roast Potatoes
|Potatoes||2 Medium, peeled|
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Honey||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2 In a pan filled with cold water, add the potatoes.
3 Bring to a boil.
4 Drain immediately.
5 In a baking dish, put the potatoes with oil and butter.
6 Sprinkle with a little salt.
7 Bake for 20 minutes.
8 Baste with honey and bake for another 20 minutes.
9 Serve hot in individual serving dishes.
