Tuna Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, hot (baked)
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Tuna 3 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (drained)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), scalded
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Slice tops from baked potatoes lengthwise.
Scoop out potato and mash.
Beat in butter, oil from tuna, hot milk, seasoning, onion and flaked tuna.
Put mixture in potato shells, place in shallow baking dish and bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes or until light brown.
