Cheese N' Cream Potatoes
|Sour cream and chive potatoes||4 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, Betty Crocker)|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (for greasing)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
Cover potatoes with boiling water in small bowl.
Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain thoroughly.
Beat milk and eggs with hand beater.
Mix all ingredients in casserole.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 45€”50 minutes.
