|Potatoes||3 Pound, baking|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt and pepper||1|
Prepare and boil quartered potatoes drain.
Using an electric mixer or a potato masher, beat hot potatoes until they're in fine lumps.
Add milk and butter and continue beating until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
