|Potatoes||4 Large (peeled)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon (dried)|
Bring salted water to a boil over high heat and add potatoes.
Cook over medium heat until potatoes are just fork tender.
Drain and cool.
Slice each potato horizontally into 6 wedges.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and oregano.
Brush potatoes with flavored butter.
Cook potatoes over medium-high heat about 3 minutes.
Turn potatoes so all sides will brown slightly.
Remove potatoes to serving dish.
