|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Cream||310 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||15 Milliliter (For Garnish, 1 Tablespoon)|
Add potatoes to boiling water and simmer until tender (or prick potatoes with a fork, place in a covered dish and microwave on HIGH 8 minutes; let stand 2 minutes).
Drain and keep warm.
Heat oil and butter in a pan.
Add onion and gently fry until transparent.
Stir in cream and pepper, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Pour cream mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
