Baked Mashed Potatoes
|Potatoes||4 Medium, cooked|
|Mayonnaise||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Sour cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Milk||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Strong cheddar cheese||60 Milliliter, grated (1/4 Cup)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
2 Lightly grease an ovenproof dish.
3 In a bowl, mash potatoes with mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, eggs and mustard.
4 Spoon into the prepared dish and top with cheese.
5 Bake for 20-30 minutes (or microwave on HIGH 7 minutes or until the cheese bubbles).
6 Serve hot in individual serving dishes.
