Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large, peeled, washed and diced
  Oil 125 Milliliter (For Shallow Frying, 1/2 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 Pat potatoes dry with paper towels.
2 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
3 Add the potatoes and fry until tender.

SERVING
4 Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with salt.
5 Toss lightly to mix and serve at once.
