All I can say about this crispy potatoes is yum! It is served as a delicious side dish. If you have a lot of potatoes on hand then this is the recipe you should opt for. Whenever you try out this crispy potatoes, don't forget to let me know your observations about it .
|Potatoes||4 Large, peeled, washed and diced|
|Oil||125 Milliliter (For Shallow Frying, 1/2 Cup)|
1 Pat potatoes dry with paper towels.
2 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
3 Add the potatoes and fry until tender.
4 Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with salt.
5 Toss lightly to mix and serve at once.
Cook Time:20 Minutes
