Peppers Frt Potatoes
|Pepper red||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chicken broth and seasoning mix||2 Ounce (2 Packets, Weight Watchers')|
|New potatoes||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
Heat margarine until bubbly.
Add peppers, onion and garlic.
Saute until softened.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups water, broth and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Stir in potatoes.
Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until done, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
