Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Condensed consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound, cooked, peeled, and cut in half (4 Medium Pieces)
Directions

In skillet, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Add potatoes.
Cook over low heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are glazed, basting frequently.
