Kimberly's Decadent Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 8 Cup (128 tbs), cubed and peeled
  Whipping cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh italian parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

# In a large pot of boiling salted water, cover and cook the potatoes until they are tender. Drain, return the potatoes to the pot and mash well.
# Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat together the cream, chives, parsley, butter, salt and pepper until the mixture is steaming.
# Add the cream mixture to the potatoes and mash again.
