|Hash brown potatoes||20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Velveeta cheese||2⁄3 Pound|
|Half and half||1 Pint|
|Diced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or As Much You Prefer)|
Put all items, except potatoes, in pan and melt, stirring occasionally.
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Pour melted mixture over potatoes.
Let set 1 hour.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
