Mashed Potatoes with Thick Mushroom Gravy

Mashed potato is a favorite meal dish of many people. Often people are looking for some sort of change, alteration or variation to the recipe. Muscle meals shows one such different recipe:Mashed potato with mushroom gravy.
For mashed potatoes
  Potatoes 4 , peeled and cut
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
For mushroom gravy
  Button mushrooms 8 , sliced
  Shallot 1 , diced
  Beef stock/Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon

Boil the potaotes. Mash them and add some butter. Mix well.
Add milk and mix.
Add sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix al the ingredients well.
To make mushroom gravy, heat a saucepan and add oil to it.
Add shallots and saute them.
Now, add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Add chicken stock.
Mix flour to the chicken stock and mix it well.
Add chicken stock mixture to the pan.
Simmer it for 5 minutes and add parsley.
The gravy is ready.
Serve the mashed potatoes with this gravy.
