Blanched And Roasted Potatoes

Do you enjoy potatoes thouroghly. If you do, you will like this recipe. It has least preparation and cooking done but results in delicious potatoes.
Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cubed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste (As Per Choice)
Directions

Boiled potatoes in water with some salt in it for 5-8 minutes or until potatoes soften. In a skillet heat olive oil and add potatoes and add a seasoning of your choice. Toss it for 2-3 minutes. Placce them in a baking sheet and abke for 30-40 minutes at 400 F and keep truning the sides. Serve the blanched roasted potatoes.

This blanch roasted potatoes seem to be a great combination to try! And l so liked the use of spices and herbs in the recipe. I am a great fan of potatoes and like to eat them, however and whatever be the mode of cooking! :) Thanks for this and I will surely try this one out! :)
