Very easy side dish to prepare and with very few ingredients...
Ingredients
  Sliced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Round Shape)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Rosemary To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put extra virgin olive oil in the heated frying pan. Add the potato slices. Add the herbs and sprinkle little salt. Mix well. Cook the potatoes till they are tender.
