Walnut Turkey Hash
|Boneless skinless cooked turkey chunks||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Baked potatoes||2 Medium, cubed|
|California walnut pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rubbed sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Turkey gravy||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine turkey and potatoes in food processor.
Process until coarsely chopped; set aside.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add walnuts; toss over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Remove with slotted spoon; set aside.
Add onions, sage and thyme to skillet.
Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Add turkey mixture and gravy.
Cook and stir until heated through.
Add reserved walnuts, salt and pepper.
Spoon onto serving platter; sprinkle with parsley.
