This Curried Potatoes recipe had absolutely no drawback at all. The parsley really made a difference to this Curried Potatoes recipe. You will like it!
|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (500 ml)|
|Chicken stock||250 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon (5 ml)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (15 ml)|
– In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients except parsley, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
