Potatoes With Cheese
|Potatoes||2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Gouda cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut in small cubes|
Heat the butter in a large skillet with sloping sides.
Add the sliced potatoes and salt and cook, pressing down with the back of a spatula, until golden brown.
Turn the potatoes and cook until brown on the other side.
Add the cheese and cook until it melts.
