Homemade Chips for Kids

You can make chips with almost any kind of potato (the sweet potato version is AMAZING and loaded with vitamins and minerals). They only take minutes to prepare and are a fantastic snack for kids’ lunch boxes too.
  Potatoes 2 Large
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt/Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil spray 1 Tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 400* F.

2. With a knife or mandolin, slice potato into chips.
3. In a bowl, combine potaotoes, oil and salt. Toss it well to coat the oil over potato slices.
4. On cookie sheet spray vegetables oil and make a layer of potato slices on it. Pop it into the oven for 15-20 minutes.

5. Serve with coffee or juice.
