Mashed Potatoes And Carrots
|Potatoes||4 , peeled and cut into chunks|
|Carrot||1 Large, peeled and cut into chunks|
|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dried dill leaves||1 Teaspoon|
In boiling water, add potatoes and carrot and cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
Return to pot and mash.
Stir in milk and dill.
Season to taste.
