1 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes (About 4 Medium-Sized Units)
2 Teaspoon, crumbled
1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
1 Preheat the oven to 450° F.
In a small roasting pan, combine the oil and garlic and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and rosemary and turn to coat well with the oil.
Roast the potatoes, turning them frequently, for 35 minutes or until tender and brown on all sides.
Sprinkle with the salt.
