Homespun Scalloped Potatoes
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cubed (1 package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Thin potato slices||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper; stir over low heat until smooth.
Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 350°, 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir before serving.
