Ingredients
  Gorgonzola cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled
  Single cream 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce, softened
Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the potato flesh, Gorgonzola, cream, tomato puree, pepper, basil and butter.
Beat them with a wooden spoon until they are thoroughly mixed.
