Filled New Potatoes

Ingredients
  Small new potatoes 2 Pound (About 18 Pieces)
  Soft cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Caviar 1
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
Cut thin slice from bottom to form base; scoop out top with melon ball cutter.
Fill with cream cheese; top with caviar or chives.
