Filled New Potatoes
|Small new potatoes||2 Pound (About 18 Pieces)|
|Soft cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Chopped chives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
Cut thin slice from bottom to form base; scoop out top with melon ball cutter.
Fill with cream cheese; top with caviar or chives.
