Mashed Potatoes

Yummy Mashed Potatoes! My favorite dish! I often serve this with my steak and other boiled and salted vegetable! Eveyone at home loves Mashed Potatoes.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rinse potatoes; drain.
Arrange potatoes in medium glass bowl.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COO'K 5.
When time appears in display window, stir once.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at HIGH 9 to 10 1/2 minutes; stir once.
TO COMPLETE: After cooking, release plastic wrap.
Potatoes should be tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Drain.
Meanwhile, in large glass bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Cook at MEDIUM 2 to 3 minutes, or until hot.
Add potatoes and mash until smooth.
