Golden Mashed Potatoes
|Cubed cooked potatoes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), mashed|
|Spread||2 Tablespoon (Sticks)|
|Chopped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Pasteurized process cheese spread||1⁄2 Pound, cubed, divided|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
Combine potatoes, milk, spread sticks and chives; beat until fluffy.
Stir in half of the process cheese spread.
Spoon into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F, 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining process cheese spread; continue baking until process cheese spread begins to melt.
