Ingredients
  Potatoes 4
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Hot milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Scrub potatoes, prick with a fork.
2. Arrange on a pan in the oven.
3. Bake 1 hr. or until tender.
4. Cut baked potato in half lengthwise.
5. Scoop out the inside without breaking the skin.
6. Mash potato, season, add butter and milk and beat until fluffy.
7. Return to shells, sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Reheat till brown, 15 min.
