Stuffed Baked Potatoes

|Hot milk/Cream||4 Tablespoon|
Bake medium sized potatoes; when cooked slice off the tops lengthwise, remove pulp.
Add hot cream, salt and pepper and beat until fluffy.
Pile into potato shells.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and minced parsley.
Return to oven and heat thoroughly.
