Ingredients
  Shrimps 4 Ounce, shelled
  Spring onion 4 , chopped
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce, softened
Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the potato flesh, shrimps, spring onions [scallions], lemon rind, parsley, cayenne and butter.
Beat with a wooden spoon until they are thoroughly mixed.
