Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  All purpose potatoes 4 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Yellow onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Warm)
  Unsalted butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 ln a medium-size saucepan, combine the potatoes and onion with just enough salted water to cover.
Bring the water to a boil and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Drain.
2 In a large bowl, mash the potatoes and onion with a potato masher or force them through a ricer into the bowl.
Beat in the milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
