|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Scrub potatoes and put into a saucepan.
2. Pour in boiling water to a 1 -inch depth. Add salt; cover and cook about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and peel.
