|Salted water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)|
|Peeled and cubed potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Pimientos||3 , chopped|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated mild cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add potatoes and onion.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add pimientos and continue cooking for 7 minutes.
Turn mixture into a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
Cover with white sauce and cheese.
Bake in a 350°F oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
