Potato Fluff

Ingredients
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg whites 2 , stiffly beaten
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Shredded sharp cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, and butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Stir in cheese and egg yolks.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 1 quart casserole.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done
