|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen condensed cream of potato soup||10 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook cucumber and green onion in butter until tender.
Add soup, water, and paprika.
Heat; stir now and then.
Blend in sour cream.
