Simple Mashed Potatoes
|Baking potatoes||6 Medium, baked|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bake potatoes and let stand 5 minutes.
Combine milk and butter in 2-cup measure.
MICRO WAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH to warm milk.
Cut potatoes in half.
Scoop out cooked potato into medium bowl.
Add milk and butter mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Beat with rotary or electric beater until fluffy.
