Potato Chops

Ingredients
  Potatoes 500 Gram, mashed
  Prepared mutton chops 500 Gram
  Bread slice 1 , soaked in water
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 1
Directions

Make the mutton chops without tomatoes and caraway seed and cardamom powder.
Mix the soaked bread and potatoes.
Take a small quantity of potato and shape as require.
Hold the bone firmly and cover the fleshy end with the mashed potatoes.
Roll it in crumbs.
Set aside for a short while to dry.
Then deep fry.
