|Prepared mutton chops||500 Gram|
|Bread slice||1 , soaked in water|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Make the mutton chops without tomatoes and caraway seed and cardamom powder.
Mix the soaked bread and potatoes.
Take a small quantity of potato and shape as require.
Hold the bone firmly and cover the fleshy end with the mashed potatoes.
Roll it in crumbs.
Set aside for a short while to dry.
Then deep fry.
