Caraway Seed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 , washed and pared
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut potatoes in half or cut crosswise in 2-inch slices if very large.
Cook in boiling water until tender.
Drain and arrange in shallow baking dish.
Pour butter or margarine over potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
Bake at 400° about 20 to 25 minutes to heat through and brown lightly.
