Ingredients
  Plain low-fat yogurt/Non fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dannon Brand)
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil leaves/1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh oregano/1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small bowl combine yogurt, tomato, cheese, basil, oregano and salt.
Cover; chill until ready to serve.
